Artist Resume : Laurel Lawson
I work out of a 1,000 square foot studio in North Tacoma called the ShyAnne Studio. I am able to do installation projects that are site specific. If you are a gallery that can accommodate a new hip artist then great! If your space cannot accommodate large artwork, we can work with some of my smaller pieces. I have a lot of work to choose from. Mainly oils, sumi ink, some sculpture, and drawings.
As the curator at a gallery you may want to visit the studio by appointment. Not every piece is listed in my portfolio, but I did choose some of my favorites. Several of my pieces of work hang in collectors homes across the Northwest. I am a featured artist on the gallery site of crescendagallery.com, a site that is devoted to northwest emerging artists. I was also featured in the Volcano website "Spew" during the Art at Work Studio Tour for the year 2006. You can talk with me about your galleries goals by contacting my studio.
